With pre-season in full swing and with the start of the season next weekend, we welcomed recently promoted NFA to the Essity Stadium to continue our preparations for our debut Cymru North campaign.

Ryan Kershaw opened the scoring early in the first half with a free kick that found the bottom corner. Joe Holt quickly doubled the lead, pouncing on a defensive mistake to slot past the goalkeeper. Aaron Simpson's header give Mountain a third just after the half hour point.

In the second half, a Dylan Owens header was the first of a quickfire treble, followed by a good strike from Mike Hayes, and an own goal. as the half drew towards a close, Jack Parry got in on the act with a looping shot, before Dylan Owens grabbed a second, picking up a delightful through ball and rounding the goalkeeper, before Kieran Ball's half-volley from just outside the area rounded off the game.
